Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 4 days from date of delivery along with copy of the receipt and all the original tags are attached.
All Jewelry, Bags and Accessories that qualify for our return policy, is only if the item(s) has a manufactures default/defective. Please email a picture of the item within 2 days of receiving the manufactures default/defective item. A store credit will be given for the return(s) once the item(s) has been received by Influential.
Apparel & Shoes- Items that qualify for our return policies are those that have a manufactures default that are returned within 4 days from delivery date. and that are still new, unworn, unwashed, & are in smoke/smell free condition.
All items returned will receive a store credit. We do not provide ANY REFUNDS.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received back to Influential.
Original shipping fees are not refundable & return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email Influential within the 4 days from delivery date of the item, via email with Return or Exchange in the subject field. Email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and your exchange will be issued upon receipt of your return if the item is available. If the item(s) is not available, you can either wait for the re-stock of the item(s) or receive a store credit for the same amount of your purchase.
All sale items are final sale.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing days do not include Sundays, National or Federal Holidays.
Orders placed online can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states. UPS and USPS does not offer services to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Currently, we do not accept international orders.
